Adam Rolfe
Adam Rolfe is a sustainability leader specializing in responsible mining, sourcing, and mineral trade across global supply chains. He serves as the Senior Director of Standards and Partnerships at the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), where he oversees the organization’s standards and assurance portfolio—including the flagship Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP)—and leads strategic engagement with global standard‑setting bodies.
Before joining the RMI, Adam led business development for GemFair™, De Beers Group’s responsible artisanal and small-scale (ASM) diamond sourcing initiative, supporting the integration of responsible ASM production into global markets. Prior to that, he was Senior Manager for Good Governance at Levin Sources, advising governments, donors, standard setters, and private-sector stakeholders on responsible mineral supply chains and mineral sector governance.
Adam holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from Queen Mary University of London.
