Diana Junquera Curiel
Diana Junquera Curiel is the Industrial Policy Director at IndustriALL Global Union, leading the organization’s work on industrial policy, Just Transition, occupational health and safety, and the future of work across global industrial sectors. With more than two decades of experience in the energy sector and trade union leadership, she specializes in workers’ rights, industrial transformation, and climate and digital transitions.
She began her career at Repsol in Spain, where she became a union representative and later Head of International Relations within UGT. Since joining IndustriALL in 2016, she has coordinated global initiatives on the social and industrial impacts of climate change, digitalization, supply chains, Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence, representing workers in international discussions on industrial transformation, sustainable development and labour rights.
Diana holds degrees in Business Administration and Finance, as well as in Economics and Tourism, and is committed to ensuring that workers remain at the center of industrial, technological and climate transitions.
