Dr. Jennifer Hinton

Jennifer has over two decades of experience working with companies, governments, communities and miners in over 25 countries. Her areas of expertise range from ESG and sustainability to capacity building of mining stakeholders to gender and human rights dimensions of mining policy and law. In prior consulting roles, clients included the World Bank, USAID, Global Affairs Canada, GIZ, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a range of other governments, UN agencies, companies and organizations. Hinton holds a B.A.Sc. (Geol. Eng.), M.A.Sc. (Mining and Mineral Processing Eng.) and PhD (Mining Eng).
