Esther Rodriguez

Esther Rodriguez is Human Rights and Critical Minerals Lead at Ericsson with more than 20 years of international experience across assurance, consulting and corporate transformation. She specialises in minerals and energy supply chains, leading programmes that embed human rights due diligence, responsible sourcing and supply chain resilience into business strategy, governance and procurement decision-making.

At Ericsson, Esther leads the Human Rights and Critical Minerals strategy and represents the company externally in key industry initiatives. She is a member of the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Steering Committee and chairs the RMI Aluminium Working Group, driving strategic discussions on standards development, traceability and responsible sourcing.
