Peter Handley

Peter Handley is the founder of PHASE32, a consultancy providing strategic advice and training on resilience and sustainability issues. He is a regular speaker and moderator at conferences addressing industrial transformation, critical minerals, defence, supply chains, and geopolitics.

Peter is an external senior advisor with McKinsey & Company; a senior fellow with the European Initiative for Energy Security; strategic advisor on energy, climate and critical minerals with the Hague Centre for Strategic Studies and strategic advisor to the EU Critical Raw Materials Facility. Previously, Peter spent over 30 years at the European Commission working in a range of policy areas including external trade and industrial policy.
