Serena Alonso

Serena Alonso is ESG Compliance and Responsible Business Conduct Manager at dormakaba, where she leads the company’s work on conflict minerals and cobalt responsible sourcing. She also serves as Cobalt Champion for the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), supporting cross-industry efforts to strengthen responsible cobalt supply chains. In parallel, she is a PhD candidate in Corporate Responsibility, with a research focus on business responsibility and global value chains.
